AI training for your team, built around the work they actually do
Practical, hands-on sessions that help your staff use approved AI tools well, and safely, on the tasks they do every week.
What is it?
AI training and enablement means teaching your team to use AI tools you have chosen on their own work, with clear rules for what is and is not allowed.
Sessions use your real examples, such as the emails, quotes, notes and reports your team writes every week, rather than generic demos. The goal is a few tasks people actually hand to AI by the end of the month, done safely.

Who it is for
A good fit if you...
- Have bought AI tools, or have them inside software you already pay for, and few people use them
- Have staff using free AI tools on their own and want that to be safe and consistent
- Want one person inside the business to become the go-to for AI questions
- Are rolling out a new system and want adoption to stick
Something else may fit better if you...
- Do not yet know which tools are worth using: start with the AI Operations Assessment
- Need a company-wide AI policy written first: see AI Business Consulting
- Want the work automated rather than done faster by people: see Workflow Automation

How it works
- Introductory call. 20 minutes, free, to understand your team, your tools and what you want them to be able to do.
- Plan and quote. We propose the sessions, the format (remote or on site) and the price in writing.
- Prepare. We collect a few real, non-sensitive examples of your team's work to build the exercises around.
- Train. Hands-on sessions where people practice on their own tasks.
- Follow up. A check-in after a few weeks to see what is being used and fix what is not.
Example: training a property management office
Illustrative example for a fictional business. Not a client result.
Business: a seven-person property management office that already pays for an AI writing assistant inside its email system.
- Problem
- Only one person uses the assistant. Others are unsure what they are allowed to paste into it.
- Session focus
- Drafting replies to routine maintenance requests and monthly owner updates from bullet notes.
- Rules taught
- Tenant personal details stay out of tools not approved by the office, every draft is read before sending, and anything urgent goes to a person by phone.
- Left behind
- Six saved prompts for their most common messages and a one-page do and do not sheet.
- Follow-up
- At four weeks: who is using it, for which messages, and what still feels awkward.
How we judge success
We agree a short list of tasks at the start. Success is your team using approved tools for those tasks a few weeks later, following your data rules. We check with a short follow-up survey and session.
Pricing
Training is quoted after an introductory call, based on the number of people, the number and format of sessions, and whether you want ongoing coaching. You receive a written quote before any work starts.
Common questions
Do you train on specific tools?
Yes. We train on the tools you have or have chosen, and can recommend tools if you have not chosen yet.
Is training remote or on site?
Either. The format is agreed in the quote.
Our staff are not technical. Is that a problem?
No. Sessions are built for people who are good at their jobs and new to AI, using their own everyday tasks.
Will you cover what is safe to put into AI tools?
Yes. Every program includes responsible use and data handling based on your rules. If you do not have rules yet, we help you set simple ones.
How is it priced?
By the number of people and sessions, after an introductory call. You receive a written quote before any work starts.
