Robert has more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership, ERP and system implementations, and business process re-engineering. That work is the foundation of the AI Operations Assessment: understand how work actually moves through a business, find where time and money leak, and fix the process before adding tools.
He also led the build of the company's own AI tools, including the chat assistant on this website and ReplicAi™, our AI voice assistant, so recommendations come from hands-on implementation experience.

Where most clients start
The AI Operations Assessment is a fixed-price, $999 review of how your business runs, with a written, prioritized plan and at least three ready-to-use improvements or your money back. From there, some clients add workflow automation, team training or consulting. Many simply act on the report themselves.
